Orion and SEO

Is Google ready to implement an algorithm they bought from an Israeli student studying in Australia.
Mr. Ori Allon has joined Google, and it has been about 18 months since then.
Now I am wondering about the impact of Orion toward my SEO efforts.
What about you? Any insights?
